Is it a series of EPIC great America road trip adventures? The ultimate excuse to pack your bags and head out on the open road to fulfil a lifelong dream to experience deserts, canyons, mountain ranges, forests, lakes, oceans, and national parks?
Is it a chance to meet amazing, like-minded adventurers, #vanlifers, while tasting different foods and craft beers, and little towns across multiple states? HELL YEA IT IS! LET’S GO BABY!

Checkpoints where you’ll connect with fellow travelers, share stories, and relive the best moments from your journey. You’ll also get hands-on with charity activities at each checkpoint, giving back while you explore.
Is it the ultimate bucket-list adventure to experience and tick-off the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Vegas, Highway 1, the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Napa Valley, Hoover Dam, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, the Million Dollar Highway, and maybe even throw a pizza on the roof of Walter White’s house in Albuquerque?

Teams will gather at Checkpoints where we’ll have cookouts, good music, a cold beverage (or four!) and enjoy the great outdoors. Checkpoints are located at the heart of each route to ensure the best experience possible.

The ROUTES
We kick off the inaugural routes with some of the most incredible scenery and iconic locations in the USA!
You’ll have plenty of time to explore and experience the highlights of each route. Who wouldn’t want to walk on the Hoover Dam wall? Or stop along the original Route 66? Now’s your chance!
RALLY FOR A CAUSE
The Vanhalla Rally is a force for good through adventure!
We will be supporting multiple charities during our 2025 events including raising funds for those affected by natural disasters, veterans in need, and charities of wildlife conservation.
We encourage all teams to support the causes, as well as supporting a charity of their choice.
A fundraising leaderboard, prizes, and hands-on charity projects will be announced shortly!

This is an UN-ASSISTED SOCIAL RALLY ADVENTURE!
Which means there is:
- No Medical Backup
- No Mechanical Backup
- No Planning Assistance
- It is YOUR adventure! Go to it!
It's real life, van life on the road. It's up to you how you tackle your adventure. Do you want to wing it? Or meticulously plan every stop? It's up to you! If anything about driving on roads unknown makes you queasy, if you feel overwhelmed at the first sight of difficulty, or if you need someone else to plan your adventure... then this rally is not for you!
We want absolute legends to join us! People who love to wake up to the smell of the ocean and the sound of crashing waves, unfazed by heavy traffic, and generally have a zest to live life to the fullest.
Legends who will be remembered for their awesomeness, and ability to go with whatever comes their way, and above all, those able to create smiles and vibes out of thin air! If this is you, then we’re going to be friends and we can't wait to welcome you to the greatest social rally in America!
INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS WELCOME
We welcome all veterans of adventure from the four corners of the world. Whether you’ve completed the Put Foot Rally, Mongol Rally, Gumball 3000, the Gambler 500, or 24 Hours of Lemons… or if you’re a certified legend who has driven the Dakar Rally. Come join in the fun!
